Mohsen received his Masters Degree in Sociology from NYU and completed his course work in Political Sociology for his PHD.  Mohsen Zandieh is Owner/Broker of Arash Real Estate in Little Neck.  He has been a Realtor for more than 40 years and has served Northeast Queens and Nassau since 1985.  He is married and has two grown children.

He was President of North Shore MLS for two consecutive terms in the mid 90's.  He is the recepient of numerous community leadership awards. Among them are awards from The NYS Senate and Assembly, The NYC Council and The Long Island Board of Realtors. 

Mohsen has served Long Island MLS as VP of Queens for five consecutive terms.  He was also Secretary/Treasurer of Long Island Board of Realtors for 3 years.  Mohsen served as President-Elect of LIBOR in 2007 and served as President in 2008.

He is very community minded, as evidenced by the thousands of American flags distributed to the homeowners of Little Neck/Douglaston by Arash Real Estate Company.  Every Christmas Mohsen spearheads a toy drive for The Marine's Toys for Tots campaign.  He also sponsors many programs for School District 26, PS 94 is one of the many schools he works with. He is also a past recipient of the Community Service Award for Little Neck and Douglaston.  His motto is, "Always give back to the community."

Paula Gerber

Paula has been a resident of Little Neck since 1971 and is very proud to have sent her two children to the wonderful schools in the area. She has been affiliated with Arash Real Estate as Manager and Agent since 1987. In that time, she has been instrumental in the sale of hundreds of homes. Cathy Moran 

As a proud lifelong resident of Little Neck/ Douglaston area, there is nothing that gives me more pleasure than meeting people who share some of my memories of Little Neck years ago.  I am a full time Associate Broker with Arash Real Estate and have taken part in the sale of approximately two hundred fifty homes in our neighborhood.  It is important to me to let potential clients know my fiduciary responsibility is always to the seller of the property and that my goal is to get the homeowner the best possible price in the quickest time from a qualified buyer, with the least amount of stress.   My task is to provide the services necessary to reach this goal, at the same time realizing that the investment made in the property was not mine.

Rajesh Munna

After being the top producer for his real estate company in Orlando, Florida, Rajesh has since relocated locally to the Queens, New York area where he has lived for the past 9 years.

Vivi Chen 

Wei Vivi Chen originally came from Shanghai China and raised two beautiful children here in Little Neck Queens.  She has a good deal of knowledge and success in marketing Real Estate, especially because she speaks multiple languages.
